Overcrete Complete Primer

Overcrete Complete Primer is a multi-purpose water-based polymer. It is used as a primer on cementitious substrates before the application of Overcrete and other cementitious renders. Overcrete Complete Primer provides superior inter-coat adhesion between the substrate and cementitious coatings. May also be added to the Overcrete or render mixture itself where additional adhesion is required.
